5. Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order. Post this window, cancellations will not be entertained due to the custom nature of our products.

Refunds:
Since each Ellanno piece is handmade and customized, we do not offer refunds unless the item is received damaged. Color variations due to screen settings, lighting, or photography do not qualify for refunds.

Exchanges:
We do not offer product exchanges.

Damaged Goods:
If a product arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will investigate the issue and assist in resolving it.

6. Custom Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties as per the destination country’s regulations. These are to be borne by the customer. ellanno is not responsible for any charges imposed or delays caused by customs.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to post, transmit or share any content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, harassing, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
